They we work has changed considerably. How has it changed for you? We have access to many more tools, that is for sure. But we are also quite overwhelmed by the amount of information and yes, opportunities. There are new opportunities every day, and that makes our jobs somewhat complex.
One of the greatest opportunities out there is access to education. What to learn? The supply is there. You can purchase people’s know-how like never before, and you can collaborate with pretty much anyone given the connectivity tools available.
So we have to make decisions. We need to allocate our resources in the best way possible. We want to grow, improve our quality of life and our quality of life at work. All this while the landscape shifts. What should we do? In what should we focus to best prepare ourselves for the global market’s shift?
Elatia is an expert in human capital. Her credentials are pretty much unbeatable with experience in the corporate world, constant contact with the academic world, a charismatic speaker who tours the country and the Western Hemisphere and an entrepreneur.
